2013 September - Present day Freelancer Solidworks Design Engineer
Solely responsible for designing consumer product in Solidworks under confidentiality agreement. Project started as a concept, and developed to a manufacturable prototype. Components were prepared for Cnc milling and 3d printing.
2013 August - 2013 October CNC setter/technician at Lotus Lightweight LTD UK
Manufacturing aluminium structural components for Lotus cars. Gained experience using Mazak, Fadal and Maka milling machines
2009 September - 2013 March CNC setter/technician at Superform Aluminum UK
Worked as a CNC setter/technician with 5 Axis Milling and 6 Axis Laser cutting machines on complex aluminum sheet metal parts. Responsible for tool and fixture setup, evaluating parts to engineering documentation, reducing cycle times.
